I teach trombone (jazz & classical), arranging (all styles), composition, ear training and music theory lessons. I currently teach through the Prindle School and the University of Vermont. I also offer private in-home (local to Western Massachusetts) and online lessons (via Google Meet) as a freelancer. I typically charge $45 for a lesson which usually lasts 45-60 minutes. I am also available for masterclasses and group coaching.

My young students enjoy performing opportunities through the school and have found success in auditioning for regional honor bands. My adult students find joy and community through studying and participating in music. I keep the lessons fun while focusing on establishing great fundamentals and efficiency.
I teach jazz and classical trombone students at the University of Vermont. The Music Program at UVM has tripled in size the past 10 years. Ensembles are very active, and students enjoy multiple opportunities to perform in various genres. We currently offer Bachelor of Arts degrees in several music concentrations. Many of our music majors also study completely different areas, such as biology, neuroscience, environmental studies, computer science, theatre, English, etc. Scholarships are available!
